I need to get right into it and address a huge (accidental) omission from last week’s newsletter. I had the best, most relaxing massage while I was in New York a couple weeks ago from Shadi Presha, and it is so important that I put you all onto her.

She’s based in Brooklyn, and if you’re looking for a calming treat for yourself or a friend, you must go visit her. She is so lovely, and I felt brand freaking new after a quick 60 minutes with her. If I lived in NYC, I’d be there every week. Go get a massage from her and tell her I say HEY GURL.

Pet Spider Costume

I am FINALLY reunited with my sweet Pepper, and I decided to get ahead of the curve this year and buy her Halloween costume before it gets down to the wire. I am obsessed with this spider costume on her (she absolutely hates it and stood completely frozen for the first 15 minutes of wearing it).

Anyway, if you similarly want to torture your pet for purely selfish (and cute!!) reasons, this was a cheap ‘ol thing on Amazon, and I cannot wait to take her on spOoOOoOky walks around the neighborhood. Now what should MY costume be?

Stone Grove Ceramics Cotton Candy Coasters

I bumped into Stone Grove ceramics a few weeks ago at the Hollywood Farmers’ market and could not resist buying a set of her coasters. Life is all about the tiny luxuries, and I feel a deep sense of satisfaction every time I land a cup or mug on these babies.

She hand paints all of her ceramics and pictures do not do the colors justice! I have my eye on the matching colander.
